How

The beginning

Once we know you’re interested in doing a work based qualification we’ll approach your employer to discuss the options available. To make sure we get the best options available we’ll need to know a few things about your previous qualifications, the job you’re currently doing and your current residential address. This process is normally quite fast.

During the Qualification

After an induction workshop, you’ll be introduced to an Assessor who will be your point of contact throughout the qualification. They will visit you at your workplace and observe what you do. They’ll ask you questions and will either ask you to provide examples of how you approach different tasks – but don’t worry, if you’re not confident writing we can record your meetings.

At the end

Generally it takes about 6 to 11 assessment visits to complete a work based qualification. At the end you’ll have a certificate proving your new nationally recognised qualification and loads of experience in the job that sets you apart from other job seekers.
