The beginning

If you live in Sutton, the first thing we need to know is what makes you tick, what you’re interested in and what type of personality you can offer an employer. We’ll also discuss how our service works and what you can expect in terms of support. One of our friendly advisers will find out this through an informal chat at our Sutton office.

During the Support

Once we know what you need, we’ll create a package of support to get you ready for an employer. For some people that’ll be jumping straight into interviews or for others it will include developing skills like interview techniques or writing a CV.

At the end

Once you get a job we’ll stay in touch. For some people we’ll be able to contribute towards your travel costs or help buy new clothes for your job and for others we’ll help you if you want any advice about your new role.
