Track Record

Here are some highlights of the broad range of track record Prevista has in research and evaluation:

S.O.S
South East of England Development Agency

A combined research and evaluation commission by South East of England Development Agency (SEEDA) to identify best practice and evaluate the ESF funded project working with those furthest away from the labour market. The research included beneficiary surveys, of which a substantial proportion were small to medium sized businesses based across the South East region. Results and findings informed lessons learnt and best practice emerging from the project. This was later supported with formative evaluation surveying beneficiaries, partners and project management staff. A combination of telephone interviews and secondary data analysis was used to inform all reports.

Waltham Forest Culture Project
London Borough of Waltham Forest

Prevista was commissioned by the London Borough of Waltham Forest (LBWF) in February 2010 to assist in the transformation of the cultural offer within Waltham Forest. The assignment included an intense period of familiarisation and desk research of local, regional and national strategies and best practice, followed by a series of consultations and meetings with the client group and key stakeholders. An analysis of the research and consultation provided the foundation for the development of an outline ‘Cultural Route Map’ with commissioning and delivery options for LBWF.

InMidtown
Business Improvement District Travel Survey (Holborn)

The aim of this survey was to identify the travel needs and patterns of people working in the Holborn BID area and to inform improvements to travel – particularly to ease congestion around the Holborn underground station. The first stage of the survey was undertaken between July and September 2009 using a variety of survey methods which included street interviews, self-completion either using the internet or in the street, at a foyer event or through telephone interviews. A second wave of the survey was conducted in October 2010.
