Prevista has extensive experience managing programmes across the UK and Europe. The customers and programmes Prevista have been involved with are wide and varied from small sub-regional programmes to large UK programmes with transnational elements. We are well positioned to manage all the elements of a programme from start to end, combining the pragmatic needs of delivery with robust and transparent review and evaluation of critical success factors.
Here are some highlights of the broad range of track record Prevista has in management of programmes and projects:
Prevista took over the management of the London Development Agency’s flagship Start Up and Micro Business Support programme across the six South London boroughs; Bromley, Croydon, Merton, Sutton, Richmond and Kingston. Supporting hundreds of businesses reach sustainable growth and create numerous jobs. Prevista managed a multi-agency partnership of organisations and developed a key high street location in Croydon as part of the programme management. In addition, Prevista re-branded the programme through partnership contribution creating a website that used geo-tagging to help businesses and individuals find localised support and events to help address their challenges.
Prevista manages a range of contracts, through niche providers, direct to the Skills Funding Agency. The breadth of multi-agency working varies significantly – some providers focus on niche sectors like health and social care and construction, whereas others provide a geographical coverage wider than Prevista’s coverage of London. Using embedded reporting mechanisms and internal auditing teams for quality assurance, Prevista has a well established contract value direct to the Skills Funding Agency.
Prevista has a track record managing programmes targeted at young people or individuals not in education, employment or training (NEET). In addition to well established programme management skills, Prevista has excellent safeguarding procedures across the company to ensure a duty of care to all vulnerable customers. A few examples of programmes relating specifically to a youth audience include Enterprising Streak, a regional campaign delivered on behalf of East Midlands Development Agency – inspiring entrepreneurial spirit amongst 14 – 24 year olds. The campaign, which formed part of a wider programme management role, used audio interviews, social media, exhibitions, events, competitions and editorial to deliver much of the programme. In contrast Prevista is programme managing a contract for the London Development Agency that uses creative activities to engage people who are NEET or at risk of becoming NEET to build the skills to get into employment.
