Prevista has always combined delivery of services alongside wider programme and project management. Through this combination, we are able to intimately understand the needs of both customers; beneficiaries and funders. As Prevista is established in various markets we are able to offer a holistic approach, consistently achieving significant economies of scale. Coordinated under one Operations Division, our entire Project Team is able to deliver on various programmes from Employment to Business Support and Skills Development to NEET intervention. In addition, Prevista’s Partnership Network draws from a range of grass root agencies to national strategic organisations offering well developed multi-agency working.

Single Work Programme and the New Enterprise Allowance
Department for Work and Pensions

Addressing the worklessness agenda, Prevista’s involvement in the coalition government’s flagship reformation of the benefits system is built on solid delivery in other employment programmes. Prevista is working with Job Centres around Sutton to support people back into work through positive intervention and well established job brokerage relationships with key employers. Through the New Enterprise Allowance Prevista is supporting unemployed individuals in North and West London access business mentors to start their own enterprises.

Work Based Qualifications and Apprenticeships
Skills Funding Agency

Well established in the provision of work based qualifications, Prevista has developed similar levels of employer demand in apprenticeships. Covering cross cutting qualifications (Customer Service, Business Administration, Team Leading, Management, IT and Retail) Prevista has worked with a range of employers from local businesses in Croydon to multi-national retail companies.

London Development Agency

Prevista was heavily involved in the delivery and programme management of the London Development Agency’s flagship Business Support programme. Delivering in North and Central London, whilst providing a holistic service of programme managing and delivering in South London Prevista supported hundreds of start-up and micro businesses to reach sustainable growth and create jobs.
