Robin is the Director of Operations and has been with the company since 2003. He joined the company first as Business Services Manager and then took on the strategic role of Director in 2005, and more recently has taken over both Skills & Employment playing an important role combining a single offer for our customers. Robin has over 10 years experience developing and managing workforce development and business support programmes in London, as well as projects in the South East, East of England, West and East Midlands. Robin is a keen advocate of Skills at Prevista and was the first Vice Chair of the Skills Brokerage Association, he championed impartial demand led skills brokerage from its inception and delivered provision at a regional and national level. He has also championed Leadership and Management provision across the capital in the last six years.
Robin combines experience from the hospitality and creative sectors, and his time as a trainer and business adviser. His wealth of experience and gregarious nature enthuse colleagues and partners to collaborate and work as a team. Robin always has one eye on strategy but is keenly involved on the ground level.
