The Matrix Standard is set by the Government to ensure we reach a consistently high standard when advising people on learning and work options that Prevista provides. Prevista is one of over 2000 organisations that are recognised by this standard.

A broad business standard, Customer First recognises Prevista’s customer centric approach. Measuring Prevista’s performance against key statements, we value our Customer First award as it recognises how we listen to customer needs before we respond and how we use feedback to shape our business. It also links to how we market our products and services and how we ensure our staff are fully trained to support our customer in offering Information, Advice and Guidance.

In 2011 Prevista successfully passed an inspection by Ofsted. Every work based learning provider is routinely inspected by Ofsted. A successful pass recognises Prevista as a safe and robust provider of learning to young people and adults.

These processes are reviewed regularly and often change based on customer feedback. This standard recognises Prevista for the application of consistent systems including customer liaison, focused leadership, involvement of people, managing performance, supplier relationships and continual development.

Prevista has robust and well organised procedures around information security throughout the company. This ISO standard recognises Prevista for the coherent and comprehensive nature of information security controls and the approach strategies to manage risks.

Achieving Silver Status, Prevista is recognised as having excellent procurement and purchasing structures that help to tackle the capital’s waste problem, reducing carbon emissions and contributing to the Mayor of London’s target of cutting the capital’s carbon emissions by 60% by 2025.
